Fred Falls
Director of Operations
Brightwater Director of Operations Fred Falls is originally from Chicago and has worked in management, operations, strategic market and safety for businesses such as Sam's Club, Walmart, 3 PL, Technicolor and FedEx.
Fred joined Brightwater in 2019 and finds interacting with students to be very rewarding.
"To ensure we are having a positive impact on our students and community we must ask, 'What is, what if, what works, what would, and what's next?'" says Fred.
In his free time, Fred enjoys gardening, watching movies and playing billiards and
chess.
