Ozark Culinary Theater

The Ozark Culinary Theater (also referred to as the demo kitchen) is used for lectures, guest speakers, beer and wine tastings and cooking demonstrations. The room holds a chef-designed Heston suite, a combi oven and a fully equipped prep kitchen, as well as two cameras with five LCD screen monitors that display food preparation from several angles.

The space is also used to produce and record cooking shows and videos and host community classes.
